Are you a “Doer” or a “Congregator?”

by Bill DeWees on August 3, 2011

Let’s be honest. The real work of building a voice over business can be difficult and requires us to face rejection at every turn. We need a good support group in place to affirm us and help encourage us to move forward.

The challenge is in not allowing the “congregating” to replace the “doing” of growing our voice over business. To move forward requires learning new skills, facing new challenges, and being just a bit uncomfortable.

It’s not always fun but being a “doer” is always worth it!
